FAQs

What is a Contract Reviewer?

An AI employee that reads the contracts you're sent, compares them against your own terms, flags risky or unusual clauses in plain English, drafts redlines and tracks key dates after you sign. You decide what to accept.

How is it different from the Legal Advisor?

The Contract Reviewer focuses on the agreements other people send you, checking them, comparing versions, redlining and tracking. The Legal Advisor drafts your own documents and policies and handles broader legal questions. They work together on anything complex.

Does it replace my lawyer?

No. It handles the routine reading and comparing that takes up most of the time, and tells you when a contract needs a licensed lawyer. You walk into that conversation with the issues already marked.

What kinds of contracts can it review?

Supplier and vendor agreements, client contracts, leases, service agreements, freelancer and contractor terms, NDAs and card terminal or software subscriptions.

Can it tell me what changed in a new version?

Yes. Send both versions and it shows every change, including edits the other side didn't point out, with a note on whether each one works for or against you.

Will it remind me about renewals?

Yes. It pulls renewal dates, notice periods and price-rise clauses from every contract and reminds you before each deadline, so nothing renews itself by surprise.

How long do agents run?

They don't clock out. An agent runs continuously in the background, working when there's something to do and reporting when there's something to show you.

Do the agents work together?

Yes, and that's the point. The agent that qualifies a lead hands it to the one that drafts the proposal, which hands it to the one that chases the invoice, so you hire the team and the handoffs happen on their own.

Can I create my own agent?

Yes. Start from a template or just describe the job (the outcome, the tools it should touch, when it should check in), with no code, no builder canvas, and no flowcharts.

Do I need to know AI or prompting?

No. If you can write a clear message to a new hire, you can run an agent, and the models, prompts, and plumbing are our problem.

What does joining the waitlist commit me to?

Nothing. There's no card, no contract and no obligation to buy, and if you join the beta the only ask is that you tell us what's working and what isn't.
