Who is this for?

Business owners and growing teams who want to do more without adding headcount. Whether you run a single location or multiple departments and business units, it fits into the systems you already use, respects your permissions and approvals, and scales from one team to the whole company.

Do I have to choose one agent?

No. Your spot activates the whole team at once. Put ten of them to work on day one if you like. The waitlist question is optional. It only tells us which agent to have ready for you first.

What will it cost, and how do credits work?

Free during Beta, limits may apply. Nothing is charged while we're in Beta, and every account starts with credits to explore with. After launch it's a monthly subscription, and your subscription includes a pool of credits each month. Agents spend credits as they work. A quick inbox triage costs very little, a deep contract review or a month of ad management costs more. Every agent on your account draws from the same pool, so nothing is billed per agent. If you run out before the month resets, you top up credits as you need them, and unused credits from your plan don't earn you a refund. Full pricing and credit costs are published before you'd ever pay, and there's no card at signup.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You brief an agent the way you would brief a new hire, in plain sentences about your business. If you can write a text to a supplier, you can run one. Connecting a tool is a login, not a setup project, and agents ask you when something is unclear rather than guessing.

How much of my time does this take?

The first brief takes a few minutes. After that agents run for days or weeks on their own and only come back when something genuinely needs your decision, like a price, an exception or a customer you should call yourself.

When do invites go out?

In small groups, with the first ones this year. We start with the businesses Maui can help most and keep coming back to the list as each group opens, so not hearing yet doesn't mean you missed out. Everyone who leaves a number hears from our COO, and you can ask him anything. Early members help shape what we build. Leave anytime, and your details are never sold or shared.
